
I got in touch with Field of Fitness after an absence from the gym and was finding it difficult to motivate myself. Having never been very good at sport as a youngster I doubted my own ability. Working with Jon my confidence has increased a great deal through his motivational and supportive approach. The results achieved were better than I hoped for - within the first month of our sessions. I had lost a stone in weight and another month on I have run 10k in my first ever organised race. Through Jon’s knowledge and expertise I have learnt some new skills such as a different approach to training centred on the core, the essentials of a healthy diet and a safe way to exercise. Not only this but I have pictorial workout programmes to use by myself at the gym – no longer struggling with exercises that had been demonstrated to you but then trying to remember what it is you should be doing! Some might see personal training as an extravagance but for me I can honestly say it has been an investment. As a client you will not fail to be impressed by their personalised approach to training and attention to detail in all aspects of their work.
