Having trained for over 2 years I always thought that I knew best and considered personal training to be an expense that wasn’t worth the money.
HOW WRONG WAS I?
This year I have increased my muscle mass and reduced my body fat percentage significantly in fact I estimate that what I have achieved in 6 months would have took me over a year to do alone. More importantly the gym experience far more enjoyable now and I feel fitter than ever before in my life.
My new eating plans are enjoyable, varied and help fight off hunger. Jon has offered me really good advice on what and when to eat.
