The average golfer tends to take up the game at an age when he or she is no longer sprinting around a sports field nor actively participating in other energetic, competitive or physically demanding sports.  Golf is generally viewed as a game of technical skill rather than an athletic event, this common misconception all too often results in injury and/or premature performance plateaus.  The reason is clear GOLF IS A HIGHLY ATHLETIC EVENT!!

Assessment - 1 hour 30 minutes

Phase 2

Periodised programme run through and technique check - 1 hour

Phase 3

One Personal Training session or Sports Massage – 1 hour
