Personal Training appointments are 1 hour in duration and cost £45 individually (block bookings available)

5 session deal      -    £200 saving £25

10 session deal    -    £400 saving £45
(1 free session and in addition includes 5 free studio vouchers to use per 10 block booking per month – train at your leisure just call and book your time slot)

Group training       -    £60 (max 4 people) 

Whether you want to train for a Marathon, have reached a plateau or simply want to look good for your wedding or a holiday, Field of Fitness Personal Training in our exclusive studio is the answer. Personal Training helps by providing structure, results, variety and motivation.

You'll start with an initial consultation and assessment to gauge your current state of health and define your fitness goals – Sport specific, lose weight, improve posture or simply get fitter.  This gives you an agreed starting point and also a benchmark against which to measure your progress.

Training programmes will be changed regularly, not only for variety, but also to allow for continued progression. The programme will be flexible and specific to your personal requirements and designed to deliver maximum results in the minimum of time safely and effectively.
