HOW WRONG WAS I?
This year I have increased my muscle mass and reduced my body fat percentage significantly in fact I estimate that what I have achieved in 6 months would have took me over a year to do alone. More importantly the gym experience far more enjoyable now and I feel fitter than ever before in my life.
My new eating plans are enjoyable, varied and help fight off hunger. Jon has offered me really good advice on what and when to eat.

For as long as I can remember I started each New Year vowing to get fit and in the process lose weight. I feel that it was a huge piece of luck that I was introduced to Jon and after my first Personal Training session I knew this was going to work.
On my first session I was struggling just on the treadmill, although Jon only gave me positives that made me sure I would conquer it.
After eight months of meeting with Jon once or twice a week I have got to a fitness level I could have only dreamed of. Each time I mentally plateau he would subtly push me further. Just by asking ‘How’s the weight?’ gives me the push to get it back in check. He seems to sense when I’m ready to mentally and physically push it up a level.
Getting fit and loosing 20kg’s has given me the confidence and energy to start my own business. Before I was struggling with a busy life and had many energy level crashes. I now feel more relaxed and able to deal with a lot more pressure.
Jon is the most professional person I have had the pleasure in meeting for a long time and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Jon makes getting fit fun and interesting with a varied exercise programme that I can do on my own, but still look forward to working out with him. I can’t imagine ever living without exercise in my life now and I put this down to Jon’s expertise, knowledge, motivation and positive attitude.
