Fitness Assessment

There are three levels of Fitness Assessment: Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced

Fitness assessments can be used to gauge basic levels of conditioning for wellbeing and lifestyle control or for more advanced purposes for sport specificity.  At Field of Fitness we have 3 tiers of assessment to choose from.

Every client who engages in a Personal Training package will require the foundation assessment as a pre requisite to training, there are a further 2 options increasing in content building a larger picture of each individuals strength and weaknesses.   Assessments are a vital tool to refer back to and assist in measuring improvements in performance this in turn helps motivate and give feedback on the provision of training programmes.

After each assessment you will receive a comprehensive fitness report on all tests completed with goals and suggestions on helping improve a healthy and active lifestyle. We recommend a health appraisal every 3 months to test & measure your progress.

Foundation

1 hour duration - £50 (new to fitness)

Intermediate

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes - £70 (moderate fitness levels)

Advanced

2 hour duration - £100 (advanced fitness levels)
