Jonathan Field

Jonathan Field

Jon has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and fitness Manager for 8 Years.  Jon is trained in exercise motivation and counselling and has studied and qualified in many teaching techniques as well as general lifestyle motivation. Jon’s education and training has enabled him to develop a scientific approach to core conditioning and lower back training which is paramount in helping to develop and train the deep abdominal muscles that support the spine and posture.

Jon founded Field of Fitness personal training and lifestyle consultancy in 2006 and works with squads of elite Athletes from a national to international level.  Jon’s clients include celebrities such as Flavia Cacace and Vincent Simone from BBC 1’s prime time Television show Strictly Come Dancing and Record Company’s such as Evolve Records training the Music stars of the future. Jon’s client base consists of over 100 and continues to grow along with his health and exercise knowledge.

Jon is a very keen sportsman gaining a sport scholarship to Seaford College public school, where he obtained trials for England schoolboy’s rugby at the age of 16.  He went on to play rugby for Sussex for 6 years, touring South Africa and representing the NEC Harlequins development team 2001-2002 season. Jon has hands on knowledge and experience of what it takes to train at a very high level and is aware of how to get maximum results in any given time.

 

Daniel Oliver

Daniel Oliver

Daniel has been an integral part of Surrey's fitness circuit for over a decade. He has worked with a diverse range of clients which embraces some of the biggest names in world athletics including 1500m Bronze medallist Nick Willis (Beijing 2008) and 100m gold medallist Alan Wells (Moscow 1980). Daniel has managed the University of Surrey Quantum Fitness Club where he integrated its highly successful Personal Training service and Wellbeing programmes. He has more recently worked alongside Physical Fix, managing the Teddington Sport Injury Clinic, establishing it as one of Surrey's most respected, results-driven rehabilitation facilities.

Daniel applies his extensive knowledge through an integrated/functional approach so as to maximise conditioning opportunities and specialises in a broad spectrum of  applications, including golf biomechanics and Sports Massage Therapy  Daniel has also played semi professional football for nine years (alongside other sports) and through his own actions understands the importance of a quality conditioning programme delivered via a professional service.

 

Jenna Hill

Jenna graduated in sports rehabilitation and sports massage from St Mary’s College, Twickenham in 2008. Since then she has been part of the running environment working in the Sweatshop Teddington. Through sweatshop she has gained excellent extensive training and knowledge, which specify in biomechanics, gait and the importance of correct footwear. These specific areas are essential for highlighting the importance of injury prevention. Along side this she has worked for the company PACE massaging and treating the elite Kenyans. Jenna is also a valuable sports therapist for a small group of athletes who are part of a project 2012 for Kingston athletic club.   

 

In Jenna's earlier years as a gymnast she competed for the North West and county level successfully achieving the elite National squad before committing herself to athletics full time. Jenna therefore is now a semi elite middle distance athlete and has been competing at a high level since the age of 13. Jenna was selected to compete in the commonwealth trials as one of the top ranked juniors over 1500m. More recently Jenna has competed at an international level for her club Sale Harriers representing GBR and has been ranked in the top 10 over 1500m and 2000/3000m steeplechase throughout her running career. Therefore as a very dedicated and hardworking athlete Jenna understands the stresses and strains that training can have on the body. She also appreciates how important injury prevention and recovery from training is in order to achieve your full potential. Jenna is hoping her experiences, achievements and knowledge will assist in fulfilling goals and achievements from a beginner to elite standard.
